(registered seat: 1134 Budapest, Klapka utca 11., tax number: 13719069-4-41 company registration No.: 01-10-045428, hereinafter referred to as the company) hereby informs the investors in compliance with the obligation of extraordinary disclosure of information according to Section 55 of the Capital Market Act No. CXX of 2001 and corrects the announcement published on March 5, 2016:

On March 4, 2016 Soós Csaba as resigned Board Member purchased 27,200 pieces of ENEFI stocks (ISIN code: HU0000089198) at average exchange rate of HUF 154,8972 through EQUILOR Zrt.

Thereafter 427 200 pieces of ENEFI stocks remained in his ownership.
