ENEFI Energy Efficiency Plc. (registered seat: 1134 Budapest, Klapka utca 11., tax number: 13719069-4-41 company registration No.: 01-10-045428, hereinafter referred to as the company) hereby informs the investors in compliance with the obligation of extraordinary disclosure of information according to Section 55 of the Capital Market Act No. CXX of 2001 and corrects the announcement published on March 5, 2016:

Soós Csaba filed a lawsuit regarding the court revision of the resolutions No. 2/2016 (I.8.), 4-7/2016 (I.8.), 9/2016 (I.8.), 11/2016 (I.8.), 15/2016 (I.8.), 33-36/2016 (I.8.) of the General Meeting with Fővárosi Törvényszék on February 1, 2016 and requested the suspension of the resolutions. The court rejected the request on the suspension and set the first trial by April 7, 2016.

The Company requested the registration of the re-appointed managerial persons at the Court of Registry according to the resolutions of the General Meeting dated January 8, 2016. The Court of Registry did not accept the extract of the resolutions and requested the extract of the minutes. Since the Company could not provide this because of technical problems, the Court of Registry rejected the request on registration.
