ENEFI Energy Efficiency Plc and EETEK Ltd. hereby inform their honourable Investors that EETEK LIMITED, Plotinus Holding Nyrt. and ENEFI Energy Efficiency Plc entered into a sale and purchase agreement today, on the basis of which Plotinus Holding Nyrt. purchased 1,500,000 pieces of ordinary shares issued by the Company and owned by EETEK Ltd. at a purchase price of HUF 200 per piece. The total purchase price of the shares was paid today and the Company took measures to transfer the shares to the purchaser.

Under the agreement, EETEK Ltd. obliged itself to repurchase the shares at the price of HUF 201 per share by 4th August 2016 which obligation was guaranteed by the Company.

After the transaction the number of ENEFI shares held by EETEK Ltd. is reduced to 72,439 pieces. The parties acted with the cooperation of Equilor Befektetési Zrt. during the transaction.

The Company hereby also informs its honourable Investors that the Board of Directors decided to establish employment with Csaba Soós to take the position of chief executive officer.
