With respect to the share transaction of EETEK LIMITED and Plotinus Holding Nyrt.

announced earlier on, ENEFI Energy Efficiency Plc ("Company") and EETEK Ltd. hereby

respectfully inform their investors of the following

EETEK Ltd. has complied with its respective obligation and has paid to Plotinus Holding Nyrt.

the price of the 1,500,000 ENEFI ordinary shares.

Pursuant to the contract concluded between the parties, the shares are to be transferred by

Plotinus Holding Nyrt. to EETEK Ltd. following the settlement of the purchase price. The

ownership of the shares is transferred to EETEK at the time of their crediting to EETEK.
