Podstawa Prawna:
ENEFI Energy Efficiency Plc. (“Company”) hereby informs its Honourable Investors that the

Romanian affiliate thereof, E-Star CDR srl. (CDR) limited the district heating service during the

weekend in Gheorgheni. The service is expected to completely stop on Monday.

CDR has made all efforts to avoid the current situation both prior to and after the termination of the

agreement and it shall not take responsibility for the consequences of the irresponsible conduct of the

Town.

After the termination of the service, CDR shall not be able to take care of the preservation of the

condition of the heating system. CDR shall also exclude its responsibility for the potentially arising

damages (theft, wilful damage, freezing, etc.).
