Podstawa Prawna:
ENEFI Energy Efficiency Plc. (“Company”) hereby informs its Honourable Investors that
according to the information received from the competent Court of Registration the National
Bank of Hungary filed judicial review proceedings against the company in relation with
previous share transactions of the corporate group. The Company disputes the contents of the
application at the Court of Registration.
