OVOSTAR (OVO): Appointment of Mr. Arnis Veinbergs as Deputy CEO in charge of Production activity and dismissal of some key management personnel - raport 13

The Board of Directors of Ovostar Union N.V. informs about appointment of Arnis Veinbergs as Deputy CEO in charge of Production activity of Ovostar Union Group. Mr. Veinbergs has an extensive top management experience in egg production business previously holding a position of General Manager at an EU egg production company.

Due to remapping of operational and commercial managerial functions within the company, Mr. Sergei Sovgira (previously the Executive Director) and Mrs. Natalya Vlasniuk (previously the Marketing Director) have been dismissed from their positions. The functions of these two key management personnel have been re-allocated between Mr. Veinbergs, the Deputy CEO in charge of Production activity and Mrs. Malyovana, the First Deputy CEO in charge of Commercial activity.
