TROPHYRES (TPR): Change of composition of the Supervisory Board, the Audit Committee and the Board of Directors. - raport 3
The Board of Directors of TrophyResort Nyrt. informs that the General Meeting held on Jan 11, 2016 accepted the resign of Imre Ozsváth from the Supervisory Board and dismissed him from the Audit Committee; further accepted the resign of Petronella Öregné Kocsis from the Chairman of the Board of Directors position; elected Stella Lakatos as the new member of the Supervisory Board and the Audit Committee, while elected Nyikolaj Dmitrijevics Perevoznyik as the new Member of the Board of Directors as Chairman.
The following required information about – new Member and Chairman of the Board of Directors:

Work experience:
• Current - TrophyResort Nyrt. – Chairman of the Board of Directors
• TMSZU – Owner and representative of the Ukrain Company on the Hungarian Market
Doesn’t perform activities outside the Issuer where such activities are significant for the Issuer.
Is not a partner in a competitive civil partnership or commercial law company or partnership or a member of a body of a joint stock company or a member of a body of any competitive legal person.
No legally valid court decisions condemning the person for the crime of fraud within the last five years.
No cases of bankruptcy, compulsory administration or liquidation, within at least the last five years, for entities in which the person was a member of managing or supervisory bodies.
Doesn’t perform activities competitive to the activities of the Issuer.
