The title of the report should be: “Notification according to Article 26, Section 1 of the WpHG [the German Securities Trading Act]”.

2. The content of the report was: “bmp Holding AG’s management board informs that it received today a notification of managers’ transactions, member of the supervisory board of bmp Holding AG. The content of the notification is attached to this report.
