Podstawa Prawna:
1. ENEFI Energy Efficiency Plc. (“Company”) informs its reputable investors that the action initiated at the Metropolitan Court of Justice by shareholder of the Company, Dr. Tibor Botos in order to revise the decisions made at the General Assembly held on 14/10/2014 was closed at first instance with the favourable judgement for the Company.

The decision is not final.

2. The Company also informs its reputable Investors that the action initiated at the Metropolitan Court of Justice by shareholder of the Company, Dr. Tibor Botos on the registration of th previous capital increase of the Company was closed at second instance with the favourable judgement for the Company. The court of second instance upholds the judgment of the court of first instance

The decision is final.
