Podstawa Prawna:
ENEFI Energy Efficiency Plc. (the “Company”) hereby notifies its reputable Investors that one of
its gas engines in Poland has been severely damaged. The manufacturer replaces the damaged
gas engine with a new one. As a result of the new device located, the polish operation receives
new equipment, but the downtime along with the much warmer weather than expected has a
negative effect on November results.
