Zarząd QUARTICON S.A (“Spółka”) przekazuje w załączeniu do niniejszego raportu bieżącego informację na temat zakresu stosowania zasad Dobrych Praktyk Spółek Notowanych na NewConnect
określonych w załączniku do Uchwały nr 293/2010 Zarządu Giełdy Papierów Wartościowych w Warszawie S.A. z dnia 31 marca 2010 r.
Wszelkie zmiany stanu wskazanego w załączniku będą raportowane na bieżąco, zgodnie z § 4 ust. 4 Załącznika nr 3 do Regulaminu Alternatywnego Systemu Obrotu.
Podstawa prawna: § 4 ust. 3 Załącznika Nr 3 do Regulaminu Alternatywnego Systemu Obrotu "Informacje bieżące i okresowe w alternatywnym systemie obrotu na rynku NewConnect".
ENGLISH VERSION:
The Management Board of QUARTICON S.A. (“Company”) provides as the attachment to the current report information on the scope of application of the rules of the "Good Practices of NewConnect Listed Companies“ included in the Annex to Resolution No. 293/2010 of the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange of March 31, 2010.
Any changes to the extent set out in the attachment will be provided by the current report in accordance with § 4 sub-paragraph 4 of the Exhibit No. 3 to the Regulations of the Alternative Trading System.
Legal ground: § 4 sub-paragraph 3 of the Exhibit 3 to the Alternative Trading System Rules „Current and Periodical Information in the Alternative Trading System on the NewConnect Market”.
