ICDP (ICD): Information about termination of legal proceedings against the Company - raport 7
Intercapital Property Development ADSIC, a company incorporated and conducting business in the Republic of Bulgaria, registered with the Commercial Registry by the Bulgarian Registration Agency under number EIK 131397743, having its seat and registered address in Sofia, 7a Aksakov Street, floor 4 (hereinafter referred to as "ICPD") would like to inform the public of the following:
In 2016 "PIRAEUS BANK BULGARIA" AD filed a request for opening of insolvency proceedings against ICPD under Art. 629, para 2 of the Commerce Act. On the grounds of the request a commercial case No. 2209/2016 was initiated on the inventory of the Sofia City Court.
On 13.03.2017 ICPD was notified that with definition dated 16.02.2017 the Court has terminated the proceedings on the case. At present there has been running a term for appealing the definition for termination.
