GIGROUP (GIG): KDPW’s communication regarding the date of registration of the Company’s R, U and W series shares - raport 34

The Management Board of Work Service S.A. ("Company") informs about getting acquainted today with the Statement of the Operational Department of the National Depository for Securities S.A. ("KDPW") dated April 2, 2019, indicating that on April 4, 2019, registration of the following shares shall take place in the securities depository: (i) 171,750 ordinary bearer R-series shares, (ii) 225,750 ordinary bearer U-series shares, (iii) 98,315 ordinary bearer W-series shares, with a nominal value of PLN 0.10 each, marked with the ISIN code PLWRKSR00019 ("Shares"), in accordance with the KDPW Statement No. 125/2019 dated March 11, 2019, to which current report No. 29/2019 is related to.

In connection with the above, the condition of registering the Shares in the abovementioned day specified in the Resolution No. 282/2019 of the Warsaw Stock Exchange Management Board, S.A. regarding the admission and introduction of Shares in the ordinary course to public trading on the main market, has been fulfilled.
