The Management Board of Work Service S.A. (hereinafter: The Issuer or the Company) encloses the list of shareholders, who at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Work Service S.A. ("EGM"), which was held on 18 May 2016, held at least 5% of votes at this EGM.
