The Management Board of Work Service S.A. (hereinafter: The Issuer or the Company) encloses the list of shareholders, who at the Ordinary General Meeting of Work Service S.A. ("OGM"), which was held on 28 June 2017, held at least 5% of votes at this EGM.

Appendix no. 1 - List of shareholders at the Ordinary General Meeting of Work Service S.A. held on 28 June 2017 at 12:00, having at least 5 % of the total number of shares.

Legal basis:

1. Article 70 item 3 of the Act on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organised Trading, and on Public Companies (Dz. U. No 185, item 1439 of 2009 as amended).
