Avia Solutions Group AB (the Company) hereby announces that the Supervisory Council of the Company resolved to substitute Mr Daumantas Lapinskas as the Company’s Management Board member by Mr Linas Dovydėnas as the new Company’s Management Board member who is also acting in the position of the Company’s CEO since 25 August 2010.
