I.Victoria Emilia Borrmann, dependent child of a member of a managing body, on 12.01.2016 concerning the following transactions in bmp Holding AG’s shares (ISIN DE0003304200):

1) 08.01.2016 – buy of 25,000 shares at 0.7792 EUR per share (total price 19,480.00 EUR) on XETRA.

II.Augustina Lucia Borrmann, dependent child of a member of a managing body, on 12.01.2016 concerning the following transactions in bmp Holding AG’s shares (ISIN DE0003304200):

1) 08.01.2016 – buy of 25,000 shares at 0.7792 EUR per share (total price 19,480.00 EUR) on XETRA.

III.Carolina Florentina Borrmann, dependent child of a member of a managing body, on 12.01.2016 concerning the following transactions in bmp Holding AG’s shares (ISIN DE0003304200):

1) 08.01.2016 – buy of 25,000 shares at 0.7792 EUR per share (total price 19,480.00 EUR) on XETRA.
