On 11 January 2016 City Service SE received the notification on the transaction in issuer’s securities of the person closely associated with the managers of the issuer (attached).
Legal grounds of the notification: § 188^13 of Estonian Securities Market Act and Art.160.4 of the Polish Act on Trading in Financial Instruments in conjunction with Art. 56.1 of the Act on Public Offerings, Conditions governing the Introduction of Shares to Organized Trading and on the Public Companies.
