GIGROUP (GIG): Reducing the exposure level in the total number of votes in a public company - raport 9

The Management Board of Work Service S.A. (hereinafter: Issuer or Company) hereby notifies about receiving on this day, under art. 69 (1) 2) of the Act on public offering and conditions governing the introduction of financial instruments to organised trading and public companies, from Templeton Asset Management Ltd with its registered office in Singapore (company that is an indirect subsidiary of Franklin Resources Inc.) (hereinafter referred to as: Templeton) the information about the sale of shares belonging to Templeton's customers whereby the total share in all the votes in the General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company resulting from the shares of the Company belonging to Templeton's customers dropped below 5% of the total amount of votes.

The above mentioned change of holdings is an effect of the sales by Templeton of 835.684 of Company shares on 31 March 2016 and resulted in Templeton dropped below 5% of the total votes on the General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company.

Templeton informed the Issuer that:

1. before the above change, Templeton held 3.526.605 shares of the Issuer, representing 5,42% of the share capital of the Company, entitling to 3.526.605 votes at the General Meeting, which constituted 5,42% of total votes at the General Meeting of the Company,

2. after the change, Templeton holds 2.690.921 shares of the Issuer, representing 4,13% of the share capital of the Company, entitling to 2.690.921 votes at the General Meeting, which constitute 4,13% of total votes at the General Meeting of the Company,
