The Management Board of Peixin International Group N.V. with its incorporated seat in Amsterdam, the Netherlands /the "Company"/, hereby informs that on 13 April 2016 Mr Bas Xue submitted resignation from holding both the function of the Administrative Manager and the Member of the Company's Management Board.
The resignation becomes effective as of 13 April 2016. Mr Bas Xue has been holding his function since 2 July 2013. Mr Bas Xue indicated his personal job scheduling as the reason for resignation.
