SIGNING OF A €62.5M LONG-TERM CREDIT FACILITY

Marie Brizard Wine & Spirits (Euronext Paris: MBWS) announces the signing of a 5-year €62.5m bank loan.

This loan, made available by a syndicate of French banking establishments*, will be used to finance the early exit of subsidiaries still subject to continuation plans and for other general requirements of the Group, including its organic development and external growth plan.

Jean-Noël Reynaud, CEO of Marie Brizard Wine & Spirits, comments: “This new credit facility will enable us to put an end to our Group’s continuation plan and accelerate our strategic development plan. In doing so, we are also building a financial partnership with a pool of leading partner banks to support our future projects.”
