AFHOL (AFH): Wypowiedzenie umowy o pełnieniu funkcji animatora na rynku NewConnect - raport 10
Zarząd Aforti Holding S.A. (Spółka) niniejszym informuje, iż w dniu 26 kwietnia 2016 roku przesłał wypowiedzenie Umowy dotyczącej pełnienia funkcji Animatora na rynku NewConnect zawartej z Domem Maklerskim PKO BP S.A. z dnia 20 maja 2011 roku. Okres wypowiedzenia umowy wynosi trzy miesiące ze skutkiem na koniec danego miesiąca. Jednocześnie Emitent informuje, iż podjął działania w celu zawarcia umowy z innym podmiotem, który będzie pełnił funkcję Animatora Rynku na rzecz Spółki.
Podstawa prawna: § 3 ust. 2 pkt 2a) Załącznika nr 3 do Regulaminu ASO, Alternatywnego Systemu Obrotu „Informacje bieżące i okresowe przekazywane w alternatywnym systemie obrotu na rynku NewConnect”.

The board of Aforti Holding SA would like to hereby announce, that as of April 26th 2016 it submitted a notice of termination of the agreement concerning its function of Animator on the NewConnect market signed with the Brokerage House of PKO Bank Polski SA on May 20th
2011. The notice period is three months, effective at the end of the given month. The Issuer would also like to announce, that it has already taken steps towards signing a new agreement with another party, which will take over the function of Market Animator on behalf of the Company.
Legal ground: § 3. 2 point 2a) Annex 3 to the ASO, the Alternative Trading System "Current and periodic submitted in the alternative trading system on the NewConnect market ".
