AFHOL (AFH): Zmiana terminu publikacji raportu rocznego jednostkowego za 2016r./Change of the separate annual report for 2016 publication date - raport 21
Zarząd Aforti Holding S.A. z siedzibą w Warszawie (dalej "Spółka") niniejszym informuje, iż dokonuje zmiany terminu publikacji raportu rocznego jednostkowego za 2016 r. Zgodnie z raportem bieżącym EBI Spółki nr 01/2017 z dnia 3 stycznia 2017 r. pierwotny termin publikacji raportu rocznego za 2016 r. przypadał na dzień 30 maja 2017 r., w związku z powyższą zmianą, nowy termin publikacji raportu rocznego jednostkowego został ustalony na dzień 24 kwietnia 2017 r. Termin publikacji raportu rocznego skonsolidowanego za 2016r. Spółki pozostaje bez zmian.
Podstawa prawna: § 6 ust. 14.2 pkt 1) Załącznika nr 3 do Regulaminu ASO, Alternatywnego Systemu Obrotu „Informacje bieżące i okresowe przekazywane w alternatywnym systemie obrotu na rynku NewConnect”.

Change of the separate annual report for 2016 publication date
The Management Board of Aforti Holding S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (hereinafter: “Company”) hereby informs that there has been a change of the date of the publication of separate annual report for 2016. According to the current Company’s report at electronic database number 1/2017 of 3th January 2017, the original annual report for 2016 publication date was 30th May 2017, as a consequence of the present amendment, the new date of the separate annual report has been established i.e. 24th April 2017. The publication date of the Company’s consolidated report for 2016 remain unchanged.
Legal basic: Article 6 Section 14.2 point 1) of the Appendix number 3 to Alternative Trading System Regulations “Current and periodic information provided in the Alternative Trading System on the New Connect Market”.
