2. odnowiło mandat Catherine FAIERS i Tomasza SUCHAŃSKIEGO, jako dyrektorów Spółki na trzy (3) lata ze skutkiem od 26 czerwca 2025 r.

the Annual General Meeting of the Company:

1. appointed Marcin KUŚMIERZ as executive director of the Company for

three (3) years with effect from 26 June 2025;

2. renewed the mandates of Catherine FAIERS and Tomasz SUCHAŃSKI, as

directors of the Company for three (3) years with effect from 26 June

2025.
