Zarząd spółki Benefit Systems S.A. z siedzibą w Warszawie ("Spółka", "Emitent") w nawiązaniu do raportu bieżącego nr 32/2025 z 6 maja 2025 roku przekazuje ustalony przez radę nadzorczą Emitenta tekst jednolity statutu Spółki ("Statut").

Nowy tekst jednolity Statutu uwzględnia zmiany dokonane na podstawie uchwały nr 4/08.04.2025 nadzwyczajnego walnego zgromadzenia Spółki z dnia 8 kwietnia 2025 roku oraz wpisane przez Sąd Rejonowy dla m. st. Warszawy w Warszawie do rejestru przedsiębiorców prowadzonego dla Spółki.

Nowy tekst jednolity Statutu stanowi załącznik do niniejszego raportu.

Determining the content of the consolidated wording of the articles of

association of Benefit Systems S.A.

The Management Board of Benefit Systems S.A. with its registered seat in

Warsaw (the "Company", "Issuer") with reference to the report No.

32/2025 of 6 May 2025 hereby discloses a consolidated wording of the

articles of association of the Company determined by the supervisory

board of the Issuer (the "Articles of Association").

The new consolidated wording of the Articles of Association takes into

account the amendments made pursuant to Resolution No. 4/08.04.2025 of

the extraordinary general meeting of the Company of 8 April 2025 and

entered by the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw in Warsaw

in the register of entrepreneurs kept for the Company.

The new consolidated wording of the Articles of Association is attached

to this report.
