Zarząd BNP Paribas Bank Polska S.A. ("Bank") przekazuje wykaz akcjonariuszy posiadających co najmniej 5% liczby głosów na Nadzwyczajnym Walnym Zgromadzeniu Banku ("NWZ") w dniu 27 listopada 2025 r.

Akcjonariusze:

1. BNP Paribas SA - 84 634 166 głosów na NWZ, co stanowiło 64,67% liczby głosów na NWZ i 57,23% w ogólnej liczbie głosów;

2. BNP Paribas Fortis SA/NV - 35 490 226 głosów na NWZ, co stanowiło 27,12% liczby głosów na NWZ i 24,00% w ogólnej liczbie głosów.

the Extraordinary General Meeting of BNP Paribas Bank Polska S.A. held

on 27 November 2025

The Management Board of BNP Paribas Bank Polska S.A. ("the Bank") hereby

submits the list of shareholders holding at least 5% of the total number

of votes at the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Bank (the "EGM")

held on 27 November 2025.

Shareholders:

1. BNP Paribas SA - 84,634,166 votes at the EGM, which represented

64.67% of votes at the EGM and 57.23% of the total number of votes;

2. BNP Paribas Fortis SA/NV - 35,490,226 votes at the EGM, which

represented 27.12% of votes at the EGM and 24.00% of the total number of

votes.
