Podstawa prawna: ENEFI Vagyonkezelő Nyrt. ("Company") hereby informs its Honourable Investors that in the

lawsuit against the previous decision (H-PJ-III-B-3/2017.) of MNB in the subject of influencing

the market and insider trading, the Curia held hearings today in the subject of the

application for revision against the decision of the Metropolitan Court of Justice filed by the

parties involved,.

The Curia repeatedly (for the third time now) annulled the decision of the Metropolitan

Court of Justice also instructing the Court to conduct new proceedings.

According to the viewpoint of the parties involved, based on the foregoing, it should be clear for

the Metropolitan Court of Justice that it shall make a proper, meaningful decision in the case

instead of instructing the authority to conduct new proceedings in the lawsuit continued for

seven years now.

Taking the latest decision of the Metropolitan Court of Justice into account (which qualified the

decision unsuitable to support the condemnation, and therefore instructed the authority to

conduct new proceedings), the parties involved trust that the case shall be closed quickly in

favour of them in the repeated court proceedings.
