Podstawa prawna: ENEFI Asset Management Plc. (the "Company") informs its dear Investors as below:

As a result of the decision of the Company's board of directors, the registered office of the

company will change to the following:

1031 Budapest, Nánási út 5-7. E épület 3. emelet 4.

We would like to inform our shareholders that the above change is technical, the registered

office is in reality the same property at 1031 Budapest, Nánási út 23779/8/E/24. The

condominium property used as the registered office was previously only marked with a

parcel number, therefore the registered office of the company was also indicated as such. In

the meantime, however, the Mayor's Office of District III has registered the addresses of the

individual apartments in the land register.

As a result of the decision, the registered office of the subsidiaries will also change to the

following 1031 Budapest, Nánási út 5-7. E épület 3. emelet 4..
