Today, Gyergyószentmiklós Municipality undertook to pay the following amounts (concession

fee and contributions) in a notarial deed on the basis of the court decision that had previously

condemned it in four installments (final deadline: 03.01.2024.):

- an amount of 2,590,665.32 lei, which corresponds to the concession fee paid and not owed

by E-STAR

- 100 lei total value - legal costs

- inflation rate

- legal interest
