Zarząd Energa SA ("Spółka") w nawiązaniu do raportu bieżącego nr 29/2025 z dnia 8 sierpnia 2025 roku dot. ogłoszenia o zwołaniu Nadzwyczajnego Walnego Zgromadzenia Energa SA ("NWZ") na dzień 4 września 2025 roku informuje, że wskutek oczywistej omyłki pisarskiej w tytule raportu błędnie wskazano datę zwołania NWZ - powinien być dzień 4 września 2025 roku, a nie 4 września 2024 roku. Treść raportu pozostaje bez zmian.

With reference to the current report no. 29/2025 dated 8 August 2025 on

announcement of convening the Extraordinary General Meeting of Energa SA

("EGM") for 4 September 2025, the Management Board of Energa SA

("Company") informs that due to an obvious typographical mistake, the

title of the report incorrectly indicates the date of convening the EGM

- it should be 4 September 2025, not 4 September 2024. The content of

the report remains unchanged.
