PCF GROUP SA (10/2025) Zmiana daty przekazania raportów rocznych za rok 2024 - raport 10/2025

W nawiązaniu do raportu bieżącego nr 1/2025 z dnia 21 stycznia 2025 r. oraz raportu bieżącego nr 7/2025 z dnia 15 kwietnia 2025 r., Zarząd PCF Group S.A. informuje o zmianie terminu publikacji skonsolidowanego oraz jednostkowego raportu rocznego za 2024 rok.

Skonsolidowany oraz jednostkowy raport roczny Grupy Kapitałowej PCF Group S.A. oraz PCF Group S.A. za 2024 rok zostanie opublikowany 29 kwietnia 2025 r.

Stanowi to zmianę terminu publikacji powyższych raportów, który w raporcie bieżącym nr 7/2025 z dnia 15 kwietnia 2025 r. został określony na 28 kwietnia 2025 r.

Change of the publication date of annual reports for 2024With

reference to the current report no. 1/2025 dated 21 January 2025 and the

current report no. 7/2025 dated 15 April 2025, the Management Board of

PCF Group S.A. hereby announces the change of the publication date of

the consolidated and standalone annual reports for the year 2024.

The consolidated and standalone annual reports of, respectively, the

Capital Group of PCF Group S.A. and PCF Group S.A. for the year 2024

will be published on 29 April 2025.

This constitutes the change of the publication date of the above

reports, which in the current report no. 7/2025 dated 15 April 2025 was

set for 28 April 2025.
