On 13 July 2021, the Supervisory Board of City Service SE (hereinafter the Company) adopted resolution to prolong the authorizations of all Management Board members. Artūras Gudelis (Chairman of the Management Board), Tomas Kleiva, Vytautas Turonis and Dalius Šimaitis will all act as Management Board members with a new 4 (four) year term as of 26 June 2021. Each member of the Management Board shall act and represent the Company individually within the same competence, accountability and responsibility prescribed to him, as it were before above-mentioned decision of the Supervisory Board.
