On January 18, 2021 the Supreme Court of Lithuania accepted the cassation appeals of the Vilnius City Municipality Administration and Prosecutor General’s Office. The appeals were filed against the decision of the Court of Appeal of Lithuania that was adopted on October 8, 2020.

Company reminds that on October 8, 2020 the Court of Appeal of Lithuania decided to annul the decision of Vilnius County Court dated 25 July 2019 and adopted a new decision – to dismiss and reject Vilnius City Municipality Administration's and Prosecutor General’s Office's claim in full.
