Regarding the decision of the Court of Appeal of Lithuania

On 8 October 2020 Court of Appeal of Lithuania announced its decision in appeal case in which Vilnius City Municipality Administration and Prosecutor General’s Office claimed EUR 20,6 million in losses from City Service SE (further – the Company).

The Court of Appeal of Lithuania decided to annul the decision of Vilnius County Court dated 25 July 2019 and adopted a new decision – to dismiss Vilnius City Municipality Administration's and Prosecutor General’s Office's claim in full. The above mentioned decision of Court of Appeal of Lithuania takes effect from the date of its adoption.
