The Board of Directors of WESTA ISIC S.A. informs that the Quarterly report for the three months ended March 31, 2014 will not be published on May 30, 2014. The date of publication will be announced after the publication of the Annual report for the year ended December 31, 2013.
Legal grounds: Art. 56.1 in connection with article 56.6 of the Act of 29 July 2005 on the public offering, conditions governing the introduction of financial instruments to organized trading system and on public companies.
