Sofia, Bulgaria - According to the requirements of art. 17 of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, "Sopharma" AD (SFA: Bulgarian Stock Exchange, SPH: Warsaw Stock Exchange) notifies that on September 5, 2025 the Company sold 22 113 (twenty-two thousand one hundred and thirteen) treasury shares representing 0.004% of the share capital of the Company, at a total value of BGN 60 741.75 on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, the average price per share was BGN 2.75.
