Sofia, Bulgaria - According to the requirements of art. 17 of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, "Sopharma" AD (SFA: Bulgarian Stock Exchange, SPH: Warsaw Stock Exchange) notifies that on September 11, 2025 the Company sold 11 987 (eleven thousand nine hundred and eighty-seven) treasury shares representing 0.002% of the share capital of the Company, at a total value of BGN 32 484.77 on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, the average price per share was BGN 2.71.
