Sofia, Bulgaria - According to the requirements of art. 17 of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, "Sopharma" AD (SFA: Bulgarian Stock Exchange, SPH: Warsaw Stock Exchange) notifies that on September 17, 2025 the Company sold 4 661 (four thousand six hundred and sixty-one) treasury shares representing 0.001% of the share capital of the Company, at a total value of BGN 12 236.03 on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, the average price per share was BGN 2.63.
