FENGHUA (FGT): The participation in the NDS and registration of shares with the NDS - raport 2

Fengua SoleTech AG (the "Company") hereby informs that in accordance with resolution No. 924/14 of the Management Board of the Polish National Depository for Securities (Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych S.A.) (“NDS") dated 5 November 2014, the Management Board of the NDS resolved to confer on the Company the status of a participant in the NDS as an Issuer and to register 10.055.641 fully paid no par value ordinary bearer shares of the Company, each having a notional amount of the share capital of EUR 1.00.

Legal basis:

Article 56.1(2) of the Act on Public Offering and the Conditions of Introducing Financial Instruments to an Organised Trading System and on Public Companies.

§ 34.1(1) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and on conditions under which information required by legal regulations of a third country may be recognized as equivalent.
