UniCredit S.p.A. announces the completion on 26 September 2025 of the share buy-back programme communicated to the market on 24 July and initiated on 25 July 2025, as per the authorisation granted by the Shareholders' Meeting held on 27 March 2025 (the "First Tranche of the SBB 2024 Residual").

Please find the above information and an update on the execution of the share buy-back programme during the period from 22 September to 26 September 2025 in the attachment.
