Zarząd Reinhold Europe AB. ("Spółka") informuje, że nastąpiła zmiana terminu przekazania raportu rocznego (jednostkowego oraz skonsolidowanego) za rok 2013 roku.

Zostanie on opublikowany 30 kwietnia 2014 roku.

Wcześniej ogłoszony termin przekazania raportów ustalony był na 18 kwietnia 2014 roku. (2/2014)

Podstawa prawna: § 103 ust. 2 Rozporządzenia Ministra Finansów z dnia 19 lutego 2009 r.

w sprawie informacji bieżących i okresowych przekazywanych przez emitentów papierów wartościowych oraz warunków uznawania za równoważne informacji wymaganych przepisami prawa państwa niebędącego państwem członkowskim (Dz.U. z 2014 r. poz. 133).

The Board of Directors of Reinhold Europe AB (“the Company”) informs that there has been a change in the date of presenting the annual report (company and consolidated) for 2013.

It will be published on 30th April 2014.

Previously the date of publication of this report was 18th April, 2014. (2/2014)
