Avia Solutions Group AB (the Company) hereby announces that due to expiration of the tenure of the Management Board, the Meeting of the Supervisory Council resolved to re-elect a new Management Board consisting of Mr. Gediminas Žiemelis, Mr. Žilvinas Lapinskas, Mr. Aurimas Sanikovas, Mr. Linas Dovydėnas, Mr. Ričardas Laukaitis for the new tenure of 4 years.

Furthermore, the Meeting of the Management Board elected Mr. Gediminas Žiemelis as the Chairman of the Management Board of the Company.
