KERNEL (KER): CHANGE IN A SUBSTANTIAL BLOCK OF SHARES IN KERNEL HOLDING S.A. - raport 52

Kernel Holding S.A. (herein “the Company”) informs that it has received a notification from Cascade Investment Fund, regarding the acquisition of shares in Kernel Holding S.A.

Pursuant to the provisions of Art. 69 Section 1 Clause 1 of the Act of 29 July 2005 on public offerings and the conditions for introducing financial instruments to an organized trading system and on public companies, Cascade Investment Fund notified the Company on 14 November 2017 that it had increased its holdings in the Company’s shares above 5% of the total number of votes on General Meeting in Shareholders.

As of 10 November 2017, Cascade Investment Fund held 5,397,453 shares in the Company, representing 6.59% of the share capital and entitling it to 5,397,453 votes at the Company’s general shareholders’ meeting, equal to 6.59% of the total number of votes.

At the same time, no subsidiaries of Cascade Investment Fund hold shares of Kernel Holding S.A. and no persons exist referred to in Art. 87 (l) (3) (c) of the Act of 29 July 2005 concerning the public offer and the conditions of introducing financial instruments to the organized trading system and concerning public companies.
