Pursuant to Art. 70.3 of the Act on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to organized Trading, and Public Companies, Kernel Holding S.A. informs that the shareholders present at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on 11 December 2017 at 15:00 CET at the Company’s registered office, 19 rue de Bitbourg, L-1273 Luxembourg, jointly held 45,822,574 shares out of total of 81,941,230 shares. The following entities named below were the shareholders representing at least 5% of the total votes during the meeting:

• PZU FIO Parasolowy Subfundusz PZU Stabilnego Wzrostu Mazurek. The number of votes carried by the shares at the General Meeting: 2,457,929 equal to 5.4% votes present at the meeting and 3.0% of the total vote.

• Namsen Limited. The number of votes carried by the shares at the General Meeting: 31,454,795 equal to 68.6% votes present at the meeting and 38.4% of the total vote.
