(registered office: 1134 Budapest, Klapka utca 11., company registration No.: 01-10-045428) hereby informs the honored shareholders that the registration for the General Meeting convened by 10.00 on 11.03.2016 has been closed. According to the registration the General Meeting will not have a quorum, therefore no General Meeting will be held.

The repeated General Meeting with the same agenda will have a quorum irrespectively of the number of the attended persons.

Date and time of the repeated general meeting: 22. 03. 2016, at 10:00 a.m. Venue of the repeated general meeting: 1134 Budapest, Klapka utca 11.
