(registered seat: 1134 Budapest, Klapka utca 11., tax number: 13719069-4-41 company registration No.: 01-10-045428, hereinafter referred to as the company) hereby informs the investors in compliance with the obligation of extraordinary disclosure of information according to Section 55 of the Capital Market Act No. CXX of 2001:

On March 18, 2016 the Company purchased 117 247 pieces of ENEFI stocks (ISIN code: HU0000089198) at average exchange rate of HUF 179.7147 at the Budapest Stock Exchange.

The number of stocks owned by the Company has changed to 4 986 402 pieces. The number of stocks owned by affiliated companies of the Company remained unaltered.
