ENEFI Energy Efficiency Plc. ("Company”) hereby informs its Honourable Investors that according to

the information from the Romanian operations, in connection with the E-Star Mures Energy SA the

Court of Appeal of T"rgu Mures rejected the appeal submitted against the rejection of the

application for legal remedy against the final decision rejecting the appeal against the decision

ordering the liquidation.

As a consequence of the above the company cannot exercise any further legal remedy, therefore it

shall enforce its claim at an international forum.
