Podstawa Prawna:
ENEFI Energy Efficiency Plc. (“Company”) hereby informs its Honourable Investors as

follows about the Romanian affiliate thereof, E-Star CDR srl. (“CDR”) that on the basis of

Paragraph (2), Article 57. of the Capital Market Act if false data is published about the issuer,

then it shall be obliged to publish the real data.

The Mayor of the Municipality of Gheorgheni Town, Zoltán Nagy announced in the

Romanian press that the concession agreement between CDR and the Town of Gheorgheni

still exists and CDR must provide services and the municipality can only take over the

services if the court finally declares in the lawsuit for the compensation of damages (case No:

905/96/2015) initiated by CDR that the current agreement has been terminated
