Podstawa Prawna:
1. ENEFI Energy Efficiency Plc hereby informs its Honourable Investors on the basis of the

notification from the Romanian operations as follows:

The T"rgu Mures Court of Justice today at first instance accepted the objection of ENEFI

against the executive order of the Romanian Financial Authority issued the second time in

2017 for the claim of RON 7.6 million.

The decision is not final and it has not been explained yet. The decision may be appealed

against within 10 days of reception.

2. ENEFI Energy Efficiency Plc hereby informs its Honourable Investors that the HUF 300

target price of the employee shares regulated in Section 7 of the Articles of Association was

fulfilled on 30/03/2019.
